Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern use of asfitsolutions.com, general website interactions, project inquiries, and general service information. Browsing the website does not by itself create a paid client contract.
Visitors agree to use the website responsibly and follow these Terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the website. These Terms are general information and are not legal advice.
About ASFIT Solutions
ASFIT Solutions is an independently operated digital-services brand based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
ASFIT Solutions provides website design and development, WordPress website development, Shopify store development, landing page design, SEO services, and website maintenance and support. Other custom project requirements may be discussed individually without being presented as a current public service.
Website Use
Visitors must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website or account security, submit harmful code, send spam or fraudulent inquiries, misuse website functionality, unlawfully copy protected content, or use the website for an unlawful or harmful purpose.
Service Information
Website descriptions, examples, processes, and other service information are provided for general understanding and may evolve. A published service page does not by itself guarantee a fixed price, delivery date, feature set, search ranking, traffic level, sales result, lead volume, or third-party platform approval.
Final project scope, price, deliverables, and timeline are determined through the applicable quotation, proposal, or project agreement.
Project Inquiries
Submitting a form, sending an email, using website chat, requesting a quote, or requesting a meeting does not by itself create a paid project agreement or guarantee that ASFIT Solutions will accept a project.
A client engagement begins only when the applicable scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and other project terms are accepted through appropriate written or electronic communication and any required initial payment or deposit condition stated in those terms is satisfied. No fixed deposit percentage is established by these website Terms.
Project Agreements and Order of Terms
These Terms provide general website and service conditions. A paid project may also be governed by written quotations, proposals, statements of work, invoices, milestone agreements, email confirmations, and other written or electronic project terms.
Where an applicable project-specific written agreement clearly addresses a matter differently from these general Terms, the project-specific agreement controls that matter, subject to applicable law. These website Terms and the applicable project documents work together; website marketing content does not override an agreed project term.
Quotations and Project Scope
Quotations and estimates may depend on page count, features and functionality, integrations, content and design requirements, revision requirements, platform needs, technical complexity, third-party services, and the requested timeline.
Work requested outside an agreed scope may require revised pricing, a revised timeline, and separate approval before that additional work begins. No standard hourly rate or automatic change fee is created by these Terms.
Client Responsibilities
Clients may be responsible for supplying accurate business details, content, logos and brand materials, product or service information, images, necessary platform access, timely approvals and feedback, legally required business disclosures, and payment through approved methods.
Clients should not send passwords unnecessarily, OTP or security codes, payment-card details, or sensitive credentials through ordinary website forms or public chat. Where temporary access is genuinely required, the parties should agree on an appropriate exchange method.
Client Inputs and Schedule Dependencies
Project schedules may depend on timely content, access, approvals, feedback, payments, and third-party information. Delays in receiving required client materials or decisions may affect estimated delivery dates.
No automatic penalty or cancellation period applies solely under this section unless it is separately agreed in the applicable project terms.
Content and Materials
Clients are responsible for having appropriate rights or permissions for text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, fonts, documents, product information, and other materials they supply. They are also responsible for the accuracy of their business and product claims.
ASFIT Solutions may decline or request replacement of material where there is a reasonable licensing, legal, security, accuracy, or quality concern. This review does not amount to formal copyright clearance of every supplied asset.
Intellectual Property
The ASFIT Solutions website design, text, branding, structure, graphics, icons, and content are owned by or licensed to ASFIT Solutions unless otherwise stated. Visitors may not copy, reuse, resell, or redistribute protected website content without permission.
For paid client projects, ownership and licensing of custom deliverables depend on the applicable project agreement. Transfer of agreed custom deliverables may be conditional on payment where the project agreement says so. WordPress, Shopify, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, APIs, libraries, licensed templates, SaaS products, and other third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and do not automatically become client-owned.
Third-Party Licences and Costs
A project may require separately licensed or paid products and services, such as hosting, domain registration, Shopify plans or apps, WordPress plugins or themes, stock imagery, fonts, APIs, email services, or SaaS platforms.
The applicable quotation or project agreement should state where practical whether those costs are included, client-paid, or recurring. ASFIT Solutions cannot transfer a third-party licence where its terms prohibit transfer.
Portfolio and Project Examples
Portfolio content may include real client work, ASFIT Solutions internal projects, design concepts, demonstrations, or sample projects, and should be classified honestly.
Real client work should be published only with appropriate permission or another valid project-specific basis. These Terms do not create a blanket right to publish every client project, and ASFIT Solutions does not claim fabricated relationships, results, testimonials, or permissions.
Third-Party Platforms
Projects may involve hosting providers, domain registrars, WordPress, Shopify, search engines, plugins or themes, APIs, email providers, and payment or service platforms where applicable.
Those third parties control their own availability, pricing, policies, approvals, functionality, restrictions, and account decisions. ASFIT Solutions cannot guarantee their continuity or decisions and does not imply that an example platform is installed on the ASFIT Solutions website.
No Guaranteed Results
Website development, WordPress, Shopify, landing-page, SEO, and maintenance outcomes may depend on competition, content quality, client decisions, platform rules, market demand, user behavior, third-party systems, and ongoing work outside ASFIT Solutions' reasonable control.
ASFIT Solutions does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion levels, platform approval, or monetization. This does not make expressly agreed project deliverables optional.
Payments
Pricing and payment schedules are agreed before or during project setup. Projects may use deposits, milestones, balances, or another agreed structure, but exact requirements are determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, or project agreement.
These Terms do not establish a fixed deposit percentage, currency, late-payment charge, or payment method.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rights depend on the nature of the service, work already completed, third-party costs already incurred, and the applicable project agreement or written terms. Project-specific terms should state the applicable treatment.
These Terms do not make all payments non-refundable or guarantee a full refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Revisions
Revision scope and limits should be defined in the applicable project agreement. Revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, and approval.
A revision is not automatically equivalent to a complete redesign, a new feature, or a different project. No fixed number of revisions is created by these Terms.
Delivery and Timelines
Quoted timelines are based on the agreed scope and known requirements. Schedules may change because of approved scope changes, delayed client content, feedback or access, third-party outages, technical dependencies, or events outside reasonable control.
Any expressly agreed deadline and the treatment of a delay remain governed by the applicable project agreement and law.
Maintenance and Support
Website maintenance and support depend on the service and scope selected in the applicable agreement. Completed development work does not automatically include indefinite free maintenance.
Ongoing updates, monitoring, backups, content changes, or technical support may require a separate or continuing maintenance agreement. These Terms do not establish a maintenance duration or price.
Website Availability
ASFIT Solutions aims to keep this public website available and working properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting or network incidents, technical problems, security work, or third-party outages.
This general website-availability clause does not replace obligations expressly agreed for a paid hosting, maintenance, or support service.
Warranties and Professional Services
ASFIT Solutions does not promise that every website will remain error-free indefinitely, that every third-party integration will remain compatible forever, that SEO work will produce rankings, or that a platform will approve a site, store, or account.
Any project-specific warranty, correction period, or bug-fix obligation is governed by the applicable project agreement. Nothing in this section removes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASFIT Solutions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from third-party outages, visitor misuse, inaccurate information supplied by a client, unauthorized changes by others, or circumstances outside ASFIT Solutions' reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No monetary liability cap is created by these Terms.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
A party may be delayed or interrupted by a major hosting or network outage, natural disaster, widespread platform outage, government restriction, serious infrastructure disruption, or another event reasonably outside that party's control.
This section applies only to the extent the event affects performance and does not excuse obligations unrelated to that event.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Subject to applicable mandatory law and any project-specific dispute terms, disputes relating to these Terms may be brought before courts or other competent forums having jurisdiction in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
This section does not create an arbitration requirement, make jurisdiction exclusive where mandatory rights apply, or waive any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Electronic Communication
Project communications may occur through email, website forms, accepted quotations, invoices, or other electronic messages. Electronic acceptance may form part of a project agreement depending on the circumstances and applicable project terms.
A chat message or general inquiry does not automatically create a binding paid contract.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An invalid provision is not automatically rewritten beyond what applicable law permits.
Changes to These Terms
ASFIT Solutions may update these general website Terms when website features, services, policies, providers, or business needs change. The Last updated date shows the current website version.
Updating this page does not by itself rewrite an already accepted paid-project agreement. Existing project terms remain governed by their applicable agreement unless they are lawfully amended.
